The heart behind Her Village Project
Who we are
Her Village Project is a brand new community interest company based in Loughborough, Leicestershire. We exist to provide free and low-cost, trauma-informed therapy, wellbeing support and community for women and young girls — whoever they are, wherever they have been.
We are also here before the pain takes hold. Our prevention programmes reach women and girls in schools, workplaces and communities — building resilience before crisis develops. No diagnosis required. No referral needed. Just come as you are.
Who we serve
Survivors of trauma, abuse or difficult experiences who are ready to heal and move forward freely.
Feeling lost, stuck or disconnected from who they were always meant to be.
Girls aged 11 and above, building confidence and resilience before life gets harder.
Women experiencing isolation, postnatal difficulties or the quiet weight of doing it all alone.
Women facing cultural, linguistic or systemic barriers to accessing support — we see you.
